Ingredients
- 4 c cut up Santa Rose Plums
 - 1 ½ c sugar
 - 2 T lemon juice
 - 2 egg whites
 - beaten
 
				Directions
Place the plums into a blender with the sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Fold in the beaten egg whites and freeze the mixture.
Stir after a few hours and continue to freeze until time to serve.
