Ingredients
- ¾ c chopped onion
 - ¾ c quartered small mushrooms
 - 1 T soy sauce
 - ¼ T rubbed sage leaves
 - 2 large baked potatoes
 - 6 oz soft tofu
 - mashed
 - ¼ t salt
 - 1/8 t white pepper
 - Finely chopped fresh parsley
 
				Directions
Pierce the potatoes with a fork and bake on the center rack of the oven for one hour at 425. Then re-set oven to 350.
