Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe watermelon
  • Rum

Directions

  1. Cut a 3” plug from the watermelon and reserve the plug. Pour rum into the melon slowly, until the melon can’t absorb any more.

  2. Fit the plug back into place. Seal the cut with a bit of thick tape or butter and let the melon stand in a cool place overnight.

  3. Serve cut in wedges.
